How do I return an item?

***DUE TO FEDERAL REGULATIONS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORTHOTICS AFTER THE PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED*** Orthotics are: Back Braces, Knee Braces, Wrist Braces, Ankle Foot Braces or any brace that touches your body.

If the packaging has not been opened, the brace may be returned for a refund once its condition has been verified.  There is a 12% restocking fee to cover labor, shipping and processing.

Although rare, returns due to manufacturer defects may be returned for a full refund.

Original sales receipt with order number must accompany returns.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return and the original shipping.

We accept returns up to 30 calendar days after the ship date of the product. At our sole discretion, after 30 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only.

Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging
  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 30 calendar days of the shipped date

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective will qualify for store credit.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.  Please email info@justbrace.com with your order number and we will direct you to the correct return shipping address based on your product.
